The Northern Units

Working with a heavily sloping site, Jay Warden were able to utilize the limitations of the Pascoe Vale property and exploit the opportunities the land offered.  With a highly contemporary, 'speedy' facade, architectural authority is clear from the street level, setting an aesthetic exemplar for neighbouring dwellings in the rapidly densifying suburb.  Bold colour mixed with a more muted wood palette sees a pleasant weaving of finishes in the design, the front yard emphasised as a feature.  The stepped units also feature substantial living, balcony and private open space areas, each suitable for a family lifestyle without sparing luxury.  This project is emerging from the town-planning phase of development, after which Jay Warden will undertake building permit drawings.
